The good news is that we are running a normal JackRabbit program this winter, barring further COVID complications. However, because of restrictions, the program numbers will be limited. Once the Skills Development Program Coordinator fills the different age levels, further registrations will be wait-listed.

Update November 22: JR registrations now closed. Contact Colleen if you have further questions. (This link brings you to the ski info page, scroll down to the JR information and email message box.)

AGM this Friday, October 29, starts at 7:30 p.m. and will be run on the zoom platform. Email Pat (svnscmembership@gmail.com) if you would like to attend; she'll send you the zoom

link later in the week. Agenda and last year's minutes are below.

The ski club Board is on the lookout for a few "directors-at-large." Please consider joining the Board if you'd like to help steer this ski club into this season and future years in long-range planning. We only have one executive position to fill this year--facilities director. If you like to putter and fix things, and be on a team of like-minded individuals, please bring your talents forward! Contact Liz if you are interested in either of these important roles at Onion Lake Ski Trails (ejthorne@telus.net).

Work party on Saturday, October 30th, meet at the main parking lot at 10 a.m. with work gloves, your water jug, and maybe some snacks. A hot lunch will be provided. The plan is for wood splitting and stacking at the Moose Hut and some carpentry tasks around the Moose Hut and main lodge.
